1. Who we are

2. What Cleanlyo does

Cleanlyo analyzes the photo and video gallery on your phone to find files you probably don't need (for example duplicates, old screenshots, bad shots, large videos, files received in chats) and helps you delete them. The categories are automatic suggestions: before confirming, you can always review the files and remove the ones you want to keep.

3. Free use and subscription

• Downloading the app and scanning are free.
• Deleting files requires the annual subscription, which gives access to all features for 12 months.
• The price is clearly shown in the app and in the store before purchase, in your country's currency.
• Launch price: anyone who subscribes during the launch period keeps the same price on subsequent renewals, as long as the subscription remains active without interruption.

4. Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically every year unless canceled at least 24 hours before it expires. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase and at each renewal. You can cancel anytime:

• iPhone and iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

5. Refunds

Payments are handled by Apple and Google, which also handle refund requests according to their own rules. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

6. Deleting files

Files are deleted only after you confirm in the system dialog. They go to your phone's trash ("Recently Deleted" on iPhone and iPad, the gallery trash on Android), from which you can recover them for 30 days. If you choose to empty the trash right away, the deletion is permanent. We recommend always keeping a backup of your important files.

7. Savings estimates

The space freed is calculated on the actual files on your phone. The savings on cloud plans are an estimate based on the public prices of plans in your country: actual savings depend on your plan and your choices.

8. Proper use

You may use Cleanlyo for personal use on the devices linked to your store account, in accordance with the rules of the App Store and Google Play. Copying, modifying or distributing the app is not permitted.

9. Liability

Cleanlyo is provided with care, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the loss of files deleted after your confirmation and after the trash has been emptied. This does not affect consumers' mandatory rights.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is always published on this page with the date of the update. Important changes will also be communicated in the app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you are still entitled to the protections provided by the law of the country where you live.
